Connie Kasari received her PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been on the faculty at UCLA where she teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses and has been the primary advisor to more than 70 PhD students.
She is a founding member of the Center for Autism Research and Treatment at UCLA. Her research aims to development novel, evidence-tested interventions implemented in community settings.
Recent projects include targeted treatments for early social communication development in at-risk infants, toddlers and preschoolers with autism, and peer relationships for school aged children with autism.
She leads several large multi-site studies including a network on interventions for minimally verbal school aged children with ASD, and a network that aims to increase equity in access to interventions for children with ASD who are under-represented in research trials.
She is the current president of the International Society of Autism Research (INSAR).

Almaz Sharman is an American medical scientist of Kazakh origin, Member of the American Health Association, President of the Academy of Preventive Medicine of Kazakhstan and the National Center for Healthy Eating.
Almaz Sharman is a specialist in biomedicine and public health. He developed a methodology for studying the prevalence of HIV infection using a nationwide representative sample, which allowed the UN to revise the scale of the pandemic, reducing the estimated number of HIV-infected people in the world by 7 million. With his participation, the prevalence of anemia among women and children was studied in a number of countries, which formed the basis for the development of national programs to combat anemia and in the field of reproductive health.
Almaz Sharman worked at Johns Hopkins University, and in Kazakhstan he headed the National Medical Holding, the Center for Life Sciences, and was involved in the development of an integrated academic healthcare system.
Almaz Sharman is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Private Foundation "Bulat Utemuratov Foundation", a member of the Scientific Council of the Spoon Foundation International Charitable Foundation.
Almaz Sharman is the author of 40 publications, including 4 monographs.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Sharman conducted 20 online interviews on the Khabar TV channel with the world's leading experts on the prevention and treatment of coronavirus infection.

Dr. Jonathan Panganiban is a trainer and supervisor in the JASPER program at the Kasari Lab in UCLA. His experience in the field of autism spectrum disorder spans over a decade working as an interventionist and researcher. Trained in both discrete trial training and the social communication intervention known as JASPER, Jonathan’s research and clinical interests have led him to train parents, teachers, and professionals on autism intervention strategies. His research interests also include predicting optimal language outcomes for children with autism and adapting autism interventions for community and school settings.

Victor Malchikov is a psychologist, an expert in the field of public health in the Central Asian region, graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, trained in Poland, the USA, Germany. He worked in various Kazakhstani and international public organizations, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the PF “AIDS Foundation East-West”.

Victor stood at the origins of organizing a system of self-help groups in Kazakhstan for people with various diseases and their loved ones, developed and published the “Guidelines for organizing self-help groups”, and is the author of more than 15 manuals, guidelines, articles. He initiated the organization of support and self-help groups for parents of children with ASD.

He worked in programs for the care and support of people living with HIV, organized and conducted more than 150 training events aimed at developing and strengthening the capacity of communities, reducing stigma and discrimination, organizing and conducting self-help groups. For 5 years, he organized and conducted summer camps for children and adolescents living with HIV.
He regularly conducts seminars for professionals in the helping professions on motivational counseling and change implementation, as well as training seminars on the prevention of emotional burnout. In the period from 2016-2020, he conducted seminars on the prevention of emotional burnout for specialists from the Asyl Miras centers.

Associate Professor Josephine Barbaro, PhD, is a Principal Research Fellow, Psychologist, and Director of Identification and Diagnosis of Autism at La Trobe University (Melbourne, Australia). Her research interests are in the early identification and diagnosis of autism in infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and family health and well-being following a diagnosis. A/Prof Barbaro’s developmental surveillance program for autism from infancy to preschool (Social Attention and Communication Surveillance; SACS) has been developed and validated since 2005, and is used by healthcare professionals around the world. A/Prof Barbaro’s early detection program has led to the development of ASDetect; the world’s first, empirically-based, mobile application for the early identification of autism in infants and toddlers. Her passion is translating research into practice, particularly for under-resourced and under-represented communities, and co-production of research with Autistic and Neurodivergent people.

Marat Aitmagambetov has a degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences, graduated from the N.I. Pirogov Second Moscow Medical Institute (now the Russian State Medical University) with a degree in Medical Biophysics. There he prepared and defended his Candidate thesis. He was engaged in scientific work on the basis of the Republican Center for Maternal and Child Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty. Since 1995, he has been working on international projects related to the implementation and implementation of social initiatives in the Central Asian region, the development of civil society, and the formation of the leadership potential of the non-profit sector. In 2006, he worked in Afghanistan as the director of training and organizational development of an international project related to strengthening the capacity of local non-profit organizations. From 2007 to 2011 he headed the Yerzhan Tatishev Foundation. Since 2014, he has been working as the director of the Bulat Utemuratov Foundation.

Expert member of the Board of the Moscow Regional Branch of the Interregional Public Organization "Development of Psychological Assistance". She is a co-author of the program of work of the “Psychological Service of the Federal Telephone Line to Combat Coronavirus Infection COVID-19”, was a volunteer psychologist in this project, which became the winner of the XXI National Competition “Golden Psyche” in 2020 in the nomination “Psychological Tool of the Year”.

Olga Karaulova is also a co-author of the adaptation of the Russian-language versions of the MPR, Nesplora, SAFA methods. Now she is in the process of adapting the TPB, BFQ-C, MODA, WIS-SVP methods into Russian. She develops training programs, conducts training on the use of MPR, Leiter-3, ADOS-2, ADI-R, CASD, SCQ methods.
In the psychological center of Giunti Psychometrics Russia, she conducts diagnostics using ADOS-2, MPR and Nesplora methods and conducts psychological counseling for parents of children with ASD, as well as clients with ASD. Her recent projects are aimed at promoting the MPR methodology for timely early intervention and the development of corrective programs for children with ASD. She is a member of a joint project between Giunti Psychometrics Russia and VR Inclusion to create VR therapy programs for children with ASD, ADHD and other disabilities.

Teresa Tavassoli completed her psychology training in Germany at the University of Constance before conducting her PhD at the University of Cambridge in the UK under the tutelage of Prof. Baron-Cohen. Following she worked as a postdoctoral fellow and instructor at the Seaver Autism Center in New York, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She then returned to the UK to work as a postdoc at the University College London (UCL). Since 2017 Dr Tavassoli is working at the University of Reading, first as a Lecturer and since 2019 as an Associate Professor. Her research is dedicated to deepening our understanding of sensory reactivity in autism and its variation across the population. Her work is using a multidisciplinary approach to identify reliable ways to measure sensory reactivity as well as to elucidate underlying mechanisms, and examine links to mental health symptoms.

Temple Grandin is an American scientist and distinguished professor (2022) at Colorado State University. She is a bestselling author of autism problems, specialist, and consultant of animal behavior.
In 1966 she finished boarding school for capable children “Hampshire Country School” at New Hampshire. In 1970 she obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from Franklin Pierce College. In 1975 she had Master's Degree of Animal Science at Arizona State University. In 1989 she got PhD of Animal Science at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
She has been featured on NPR (National Public Radio) and a BBC Special – "The Woman Who Thinks Like a Cow". She has also appeared on National TV shows such as Larry King Live, 20/20, Sixty Minutes, Fox and Friends, and she has a 2010 TED talk. Articles about Dr. Grandin have appeared in Time Magazine, New York Times, Discover Magazine, Forbes and USA Today. HBO made an Emmy Award winning movie about her life and she was inducted into the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2016.
Temple Grandin is an autistic woman. She is widely known for her work on behalf of people with autism and her advocacy for animal rights. She devoted her life to making farming both more advanced and more humane. She is the author of the improvement of livestock pens, as well as the creator of the design of a humane machine for slaughtering cows at the Swift slaughterhouse (1974). She travels a lot, performs at conferences, and helps people with ASD to have a fulfilling live.

Emin Askerov is a social worker with a master's degree in business administration.
In 2015, Emin Askerov determines the “GreenTAL” skill assessment, which addresses the issue of labor rehabilitation of socially vulnerable categories of the population. The manufactory operates a carpentry, sewing, felt workshop, printing and the production of wooden toys.
The uniqueness of the “GreenTAL” social manufactory lies in the fact that different social categories work under one roof, from children with mental disabilities to people with hearing problems.
In his free time, Emin conducts training on the basics of social entrepreneurship.
In 2022, the “GreenTAL” manufactory became the winner of the international competition "Top Ten Innovators", organized by SHELL and received second place among social entrepreneurs.
"I believe in the rule that says "Nothing is impossible". This helped me to break the stereotypes regarding the disability of children with mental health problems, as well as to be at the forefront of the new law on social entrepreneurship, which was adopted in 2022."
